FESTIVAL CONDITIONS
Information within the program is correct at time of publication, but may need to be altered. We therefore reluctantly reserve the right to withdraw, change and replace programs/dates/times without notice.
We anticipate that door sales will be available for many sessions, however this cannot be guaranteed. Patrons are urged to purchase tickets in advance in order to avoid disappointment.
Palace Cinemas complimentary passes, cinema promotions and free ticket offers are not valid for sessions at the Italian Film Festival.
Festival tickets, once acquired, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Credit card transactions from cinemas will incur a fee of $0.50 per ticket with the maximum fee capped at $1.50 per transaction. A minimum purchase amount of $10.00 is required.
All non-English speaking films have English subtitles.
All festival films are restricted to persons 18 years of age and over unless specified. This relates to the censorship requirements of holding a Film Festival, as set by the Office of Film and Literature Classification and is not necessarily due to the content of the films themselves.
