Multi-film passes are for separate, preselected sessions for one person. All films must be chosen in advance and at the time of multi pass purchase.

GROUP BOOKINGS (20 people or more)
Groups of 20 or more people will be admitted at the special price of $10.50 per person for all sessions excepting Saturday evenings after 6:00pm, Opening Night and Closing Night.

TELEPHONE TICKETING
Booked tickets for Opening, Special Event Screening and Closing Nights must be collected at least 48 hours before the event. Any uncollected tickets at this time will be released for door sales.

Tickets booked and paid for via credit card over the phone must be collected from the box office no later than 30 minutes prior to the advertised session time.

Booked tickets for general sessions must be collected at least 60 minutes before the movie start time. Any uncollected tickets at this time will be released for door sales.

FESTIVAL CONDITIONS

All festival films are restricted to persons 18 years of age and over, unless specified. The following films have received a classification and they include: LA DOLCE VITA (M), I VITELLONI (PG), 8 1/2 (PG). This relates not necessarily to the content of the films, but to the legal requirements of holding the festival, as set by the Office of Film and Literature Classification.

Festival tickets, once acquired, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

All seating is reserved.

All festival films will commence at the advertised starting time. We anticipate that door sales will be available for most Festival sessions, however this cannot be guaranteed. Patrons are urged to purchase their tickets well in advance to avoid disappointment.

We regret Palace Cinema complimentary passes, movie dollar vouchers, gift vouchers and all complimentary passes (excluding official festival branded complimentary tickets) cannot be accepted for festival screenings.

Palace movie club (or other concession cards) must be shown at time of ticket purchase to receive the applicable discounted rate, otherwise full rate will be charged.

All non-English speaking films have English subtitles.

Dates, times are programs are correct at the time of publication, but may need to be altered. We therefore reluctantly reserve the right to withdraw, change and replace programs without notice.

Credit card transactions will incur a fee of $0.50 per ticket with the maximum fee capped at $1.50 per transaction. A minimum purchase amount of $10.00 is required.
